Hi, I’m Donna Haymes, CEO/Owner of Donna’s Business Services, LLC.
Donna Haymes and her Team have been assisting busy CEOs/Presidents, Small Business owners and individuals with Virtual Assistance, locally, nationally and globally from our offices in Philadelphia, PA, and Jenkintown, Pa. (respectively) with Administrative Support, Web/Graphic Design, Typing and Social Media Enhancement since 2000.
Prior to starting my business, I worked in Corporate America as an Administrative Assistant/Secretary from 1978 to 2002, working full time when I started Donna’s Business Services, LLC in 2000 and left Corporate in 2002.
I have an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from prestigious Philadelphia, PA Business School, Peirce College (1991).
Donna’s has been honored once again by The Philadelphia Business Journal to be included in their 2019 Book of Lists as a Top Company in the Philadelphia tri-state area. I attended their B
My Company was named #81 Top Woman-owned Business (based on 2016 Revenue) in September 2017 and was listed online along with the other Top 100 Woman-owned Businesses in the tri-state Philadelphia area. We also were named to the 2019 Book of Lists and also 2018 Book of Lists, 2017 and 2016 Book of Lists by The Philadelphia Business Journal and in February, 2017 as a Top Minority Business and as #48 Top Minority-owned Business in 2013; and in 2015 being named #42 Top Minority-owned Business. (Keep in mind there are 10,000 Minority-owned Businesses in Philadelphia and 80,000 Businesses in the Philadelphia area!) We made the Top 50 and top 100, respectively!) To God be the Glory!

Ms. Shadiqua Smith-Spann – My Executive Assistant
Ms. Smith-Spann is a seasoned Administrator, having worked in Corporate America as a Receptionist for a Fortune 500 Company and other Companies for a number of years. She is proactive with organization of the Company and assists me everyday!
Ms. Delores Hicks – My Virtual Assistant
Ms. Hicks is my newest Team member joining in January 2020. She has six years of experience as an administrative assistant. She exhibits remarkable communication skills and works efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
